Waste Water Annual Public Hearing

Chairman Adams called the meeting to order, explaining this is the annual public hearing for the waste water system.
This meeting was noticed at the Greenfield Post Office, in the Monadnock Ledger, at the Town Office & on the Town Website.
Adams explained the projected expenses for the remainder of 2010 are $10,518.98
Estimated income is $10,525.00
The Wastewater account and the amount of money in the account was discussed. To date there is $124,441.62
The intended use of the funds in the account are meant to be used for maintenance and other issues that may arise
Discussed the request by Mr. Davenport to no longer receive a bill for lot V3 Lot 3, as this has become a parking lot and will never need the waste water hook up. Options for payments for the other properties to incur the cost of V3-3 hook up was discussed.
Motion: Chairman Adams motioned to allow property identified as Map V3- Lot 3 to no longer be billed or hooked into the waste water system. Seconded by Day. No discussion. Voted 2-0 in affirmative. Motion passed.
No further business the public hearing adjourned at 7:37.
